Finger Overlay to get you started right away
A cut-out overlay to place on the oud to help you learn the notes
- Since the oud is a fretless instrument, many people have trouble learning where to place their fingers to play the correct notes. We provide a cut-out overlay that you may attach to your oud so that you can learn where to place your fingers. Over time, when you have learned the notes, you can remove the overlay and play the notes from memory.

- Notes to Middle Eastern music are hard to come by – Mousa Omron learned all of his songs by ear and we have included notes to some of his favorites for you to learn and play.
